   grade silicone, dependant on product

Separate molded components are not a device until assembled and brought to life. Excel has been assembling, packaging, sterilizing, and distributing medical devices since the 1980's. From precise manual assembly, to fully automated high volume assembly, we have the technologies to meet production requirements. Bonding capabilities include UV, epoxy, and solvent bonding. Finished device packaging options include Tyvek/Poly Pouches, Paper/Tyvek
   Pouches, Foil Pouches, and Trays. Sterility validations are common place at Excel,
   and we have the experience to validate your products utilizing ETO or Gamma-ray
   sterilization cycles.
